Hey there! I can totally relate to the challenge of generating interest and getting feedback for a new AI product. One approach that's worked well for me is actively engaging with communities like Producthunt, Reddit, and relevant Discord servers to showcase the unique value proposition of your app. Maybe consider creating some demo videos or walkthroughs to help potential users quickly grasp...

Culture def shapes interactions - things like how direct ppl are, how fast they move, and how they deal with disagreements. Huge impact on day-to-day dynamics.

It took us around 6 months to get our first 100 customers for our B2B SaaS product. We focused heavily on content marketing, SEO, and direct outreach to our target audience which helped drive initial traction. Curious to hear other founders' experiences and any growth hacks they used to accelerate customer acquisition in the early days!

Depends on your goals! If you're looking for quick awareness, PH can def drive some solid traffic on launch day. But the long-term SEO benefits are limited since PH links are nofollow. I've seen launches generate anywhere from a few hundred to 10k+ visitors, but the key is having a great product, catchy tagline, and ideally hunting at the optimal time. If you've got something unique that PH's...

Leveraging social media is key when you have zero budget. Post consistently across all relevant platforms. Share your story, engage with your audience, run giveaways, do collabs. It's a grind but it works. Also optimize your site for SEO so you show up in searches. Guest post on blogs in your niche for backlinks. And reach out to influencers for shoutouts - some micro influencers will do it...

Definitely maintain a changelog! Super helpful for tracking updates, bug fixes, and new features over time. Saves a ton of confusion and questions from users. Plus it's a great reference for the dev team too. A bit of extra work but pays off big time in smoother communication and transparency. ๐
Do you maintain a changelog with all release notes, or do you not consider it important?

I usually keep an eye on the Tech Stacks section of Producthunt to see what's being used in the latest products. Also follow some tech influencers on Twitter who often post about trending frameworks and tools. Indiehackers is great too for seeing what solo devs and small teams are building with.
Whatโs your approach to staying updated on tech stack trends?

Hey Cesar! Really love what you're doing with Latitude, seems like it could be super helpful. Quick question though--do I need to have much coding experience to use the platform? I'm not a developer but would love to know if that might hold me back!

The project sounds really cool! Just wondering, do we need to wait for the authentication part to be implemented, or is it safe to try the product as is now? Also, how many people would be needed to keep the project going beyond 1 year?

Okay, this looks cool. The high RTP percentage is a big plus! Just curious - how often do you update the games? And do you offer any loyalty program or special bonuses for long-time users? Also, are there limits for deposit and withdrawal? Thanks, and good luck!

Adapting fast is key. Planning and internal testing only gets you so far. You gotta put it out there, see how real users engage with it, and be ready to iterate ASAP based on that real-world feedback to dial in your product-market fit. Nothing beats input from actual customers to highlight gaps, issues, or opportunities you never thought of internally.

I find some great niche links on Twitter by following thought leaders in the space. Also been diving into Substack newsletters lately - tons of curated content there if you can find the right ones to subscribe to. Oh and don't sleep on good ol' Google Alerts!

Absolutely, a standout feature can really make your product shine! I love that you're focusing on data accuracy through triple-checking and waterfall enrichment. Prospecting is such a pain point and anything that makes it more precise is ๐ฅ. The AI aspect sounds super intriguing too - would love to hear more about how you're leveraging AI to level up the UX. Keep innovating! ๐

I've been using Productboard and really liking it for roadmapping and prioritizing features based on user feedback and business goals. Notion can also work well for lighter weight roadmapping if you set up the pages/databases in the right way. Curious what others are using too!
What product roadmapping tools would you recommend?
