After 10 years in the IT industry, I've decided to address the question, "How should one start building an application?" This is a very complex question. I've been involved in projects of various sizes, worked with offshore team members, and experienced different types of management styles. What I've realized is that continuous discipline is essential. When we start building any application, we go through planning, design, development, and testing. As this process unfolds, it becomes increasingly challenging to maintain balance and discipline, leading to turbulence within the team. Over the years, I've explored various approaches to reduce timelines and costs.
