IMHO, you should raise prices and provide a deeper service. I think there is a gaping market need for editing the caliber of the team you're putting together should be able to provide.
Nevertheless, I think the example on the site doesn't reflect well on the offering. The editor introduces some real clunkers such as "...have been downloaded 130 billion, times..." and "...me-to social...

This is an enjoyable podcast by Tren Griffin with good advice from "Charlie Munger: The Complete Investor", but this post could be more accurately named. Munger himself isn't interviewed.
PH: Books & PH: Podcasts serve distinct needs and don't necessarily overlap but when (as is often the case in business books) they do it would be a good user experience to have the _book_ be the post,...

Remarkable for the level of details unearthed a half century later. An accompanying volume for comparison is Teddy White's famed The Making of the President: 1960, written contemporaneously yet almost entirely avoids LBJ. All of Caro's books are fabulous. (My favorite is the Means of Ascent which covers the riveting '48 Senate race.)

Congratulations Thomas and Willem. Pakka is a delightful and ambitious take on the Tamagotchi genre. It is launching with a very impressive library of graphics for a two man team, and the crafting mini-game is particularly well done. Looking forward to future developments as are my three daughters under 11...

"Upvote" could have been a Shakespearean neologism so I'll upvote Macbeth. Meanwhile for Macbeth fans in NYC: see "Sleep No More", a very loosely based "immersive theatre" adaptation.

Creativity, Inc. has substantial sections on Ed Catmull's reflections on working with a more mature Steve Jobs which were compelling. The process behind how Pixar gives feedback to directors was particularly interesting, with pre-release notes on what would become this summer's hit Inside Out.

A finely researched look into Bezos the executive with some of the corporate highlights of Amazon. In an unusual twist for most corporate profile books, a riveting section involved Stone finding and re-introducing Bezos' biological father.
Would have liked to see more details on his outside investments besides the new (at least to me) information on his personal investment in Google.

Very nicely designed site, good luck!
A couple of additional suggestions: http://patrickcollison.com/svhistory; Y Combinator recommends 4 books (https://www.ycombinator.com/resources/#books) and Paul Graham personally offers some good ones outside the normal course of business history (e.g., Henri Pirenne's Mohammad and Charlemagne).

This is one of the most interesting Product Hunts I've seen. The codebase of financial services in general is in general very closed of course. There are some very well financed companies like Addepar in this field and will be interesting to see how an open source alternative fares. Good luck!

Thanks Derek. Bolo is built to combine three functions PR people normally do a lot of CTRL-C/-Vs between: search engines, contact databases, and internal workflow tools. A lot of functionality is designed for agencies, but with our concentration in tech & gaming contacts a lot of the start ups here should find value for their own PR efforts in the free trial. Happy to answer any questions...

All of the Al Ries books are excellent; don't be scared by some of the dated anecdotes, the principles still apply.

Intellihelper is slick, nice work. Implementing tomorrow! (On pricing, I didn't flinch; saves a lot of development time.)
