The idea and implementation is good. I love the fact that you can integrate it into Gmail. Once you get the hang of it, it can be a very helpful and affordable productivity tool, especially for smaller companies and startups. Pros: Easy to use, good ideas for future features, reasonable pricing and active developer team Cons: Leaves traces when you disable it
