Interesting. Since real estate, maintenance, and management costs are not small, and you are taking $100-$2,200 per person, you need lots of investors per property.
Are you looking for real estate deals across the country or just one region? If you find a good deal, you wait for the investors to read your property memo & fully fund it to buy it?

The concept is cool. At first I wondered if this was physical, like a time capsule.
Since it's an Android app (with your own servers?), I question if it's really going to be there in a 100 years.
Good luck with your launch!

The shapes look cool, but I wish there was more flexibility. It seems confined to geometric shapes in a grid?
It would be nice to break out of the grid, perhaps with curved lines or straight lines (in a pattern).

I built this macOS menu bar app since I'm always removing long tracking strings (utm_source, mc_eid, fbclid, etc.) from my links. Instead of manually cleaning up my URLs, this app automatically removes them for me.
The UX is seamless and simply works through your clipboard.
With Apple's Universal Clipboard and Copy Cleaner running on your Mac, you can also paste cleaned links on your iPhone....

While the idea is cool, I don't think the recommendations are useful. If I'm reading it correctly, it recommends the MacBook Air (Mid 2017) or MacBook Pro (15-inch Late 2016)?
Finding a 2016 or 2017 MacBook in good condition (reputable seller, etc) is harder than buying a current (or late model refurb) from Apple directly.

Hi Product Hunt,
As a solo, indie developer, I launched an iOS app that uses the front facing camera to detect your smiling, frowning, or neutral facial expressions with Apple's ARKit and TrueDepth camera.
The app is straightforward. As you smile, you fill up a daily progress bar.
The motivation behind making this app was personal. As life can be challenging, overwhelming, and stressful, I...

Hey everyone, I made this app since it was something that I wanted to exist & use. In addition to regular tip calculator functions, the power & beauty of this app is that it enables you to adjust any digit and get instant feedback on how much you really tipped. Please let me know if you have any questions <3
