Is there any tutorial about the Wholesale analysis section?

I have been using Zilculator for my business little over a year now. We show the reports to our prospective buyers and they love how the informaation is presented. Pros: Easy to create marketing sheets for my deals Sending reports both in PDF and online format My own listings page (subdomain) Fast support Cons: Slightly higher price, but in the end worth it

Great book. One of the first I read before investing in real estate!
