I added UV-cured soft glue spraying, which has strengthened the flex cable, making it less likely to tear or break. However, you still need to be careful when plugging and unplugging, as it doesn’t have large-scale silicone wrapping. If pulled with too much force, it can still break.

The ShawnBox size is larger because if it were too small, it would feel awkward and obtrusive. Making it bigger improves the overall feel since it sits in the palm when holding the phone. I think its presence is actually quite minimal.

I really like this device; it elegantly and simply solves the compatibility issue between older iPhones and the new USB interfaces.
