Even tho the concept of the tool is nice (that excel integration is awesome!) using an unofficial integration with whatsapp is wrong, unfair and will just get your customers to get their phones blocked. I always dreamed about facebook events integrated with whatsapp to do something like this! Chatrooms based on events, not groups! No more annoying whatsapp groups for every little meeting/meetup/assignment! Hope this becomes a thing! Downloaded and upvoted! :)
