I actually relate. The issue for me is that I feel the sun is a source of happiness & if I don’t see it for a few days, I start to lose my motivation & generally wellbeing towards life 🥲

I love remote but I feel sometimes it’s nice to see people in real life & that level of personalisation only comes from meeting people in office. I worked for this 500 companies for 18 months & I never knew how my team looked like in real life. Till this day if I see them somewhere I wouldn’t know it’s them 👀😂

I personally find lyrical music distracting. It takes away from my focus. I only listen to calm sounds or brain fm usually while working with ANC Headphones on. Helps me lock in focus 🧘
