Love this concept! I downloaded the app, but I'd love to be able to preview what the application does before I hand over my name, email, assets, and banking information. Super hesitant to give you all of that with no background but the PH post :)

Dealing with real estate brokers in NYC is a giant pain in the ass. The market is so competitive here that it all comes down to cash offers– those offers guarantee the seller that the deal will close and the cash will be in their pockets ASAP. It's SO great to finally see a "broker" working directly with the buyer to figure out financing, or at least giving them the flexibility to work it out...
