John has done a lot of research into nutrition science, so it's a very credible product. You can trust that it has what you need to be properly hydrated and nothing more! I also tried one of John's beta samples several weeks ago and it was great. Pros: A refreshing, 'clean' taste. The flavour is very subtle which is nice. You can tell it's not artificially sweetened. Cons: Not that I can think of!
