I know all products are going to make their changes as they slowly roll it out to their users - but I wanted to hear your experience with changing the audience in order to benefit the most users? What changed in the way you strategized campaigns or messaging?

I find that motivating your team is equally as important as having no physical distractions. An unmotivated team leads them to be distracted in their heads, as they begin thinking of other things to do.

Best outlets to build a community for gen x - gen y demographic?
Specifically, we're looking to target healthcare providers practicing natural/holistic care. Right now, we've found our most effective platforms to be Instagram and LinkedIn, but we want to build a community rather than just a client base.

What are some of the most difficult spaces to build a community?
I love the PH community for its amazing feedback, advice, and resources. However, I want to hear about the platforms that were difficult to build a community in. What were the challenges you faced? Do you still try to engage with the community there or has it fizzled out?

For me, it's going to be letting my breaks truly be breaks. So what does that look like? It means not using my time to go on social media and mindlessly scroll. Instead, it's taking a walk outside, cutting up some fruits, talking to my family. When we attempt to offset work by going on social media, there's no real 'break' happening!
