Hard question because there really aren't any great platforms for large communities. I'm building arcanist.xyz to help address that by providing you with a virtual economy to engage your community (almost like Product Hunt points).

Very interesting - helps Discord becomes a bit more viable for large groups. Large community group platforms don't really have a great platform solution yet, imo, and need apps like this to take them a step closer. Thoughts?

Congratulations! Great tips. At what internal milestone would you judge a product ready to be launched on Product Hunt? Post closed-beta?

I think it means this: if you price something for much lower than it's worth, you might not know if your product is something people want. For example, let's say you released super cool AR glasses. You price it low, at $5. What does this information tell you? Well, it COULD tell you people are in the market for AR glasses. Or maybe it could tell you people are in the market for fake (non-lens)...

That's a great stat and I find that the reason you have 90% lurkers is because our community platforms aren't geared to incentivize interactions. To get testimonials, one easy way is to reward users for take that extra step. Building arcanist.xyz to enable just that. Participate to earn.

Does Jot only work with well-known, existing brands? Will it work if there isn't a lot of public information available about a brand?
