I'd say it heavily depends on the type of business! Product businesses are typically easier to set up as a solo founder, where you have sole responsibility for decisions. Services / more technology focused businesses it massively helps having a few different skillsets amongst the decision makers. Run through user journey from any standpoint (eg we are a marketplace, so both sides of it). We are launching quietly, using our focus group- so if any issues arise, it's likely to be caught by them. Try to relax as much as possible!!
What processes do you go through to get the product ready when you have a few days left to launch?

This is brilliant! Would love to see the demo though before signing up- always intrigued in the ways in which we personalize the AI content based on our brand. My brand is extremely human focused, but looking at the ways in which we can incorporate AI to simplify our lives!
