Have started using it today and really loving the product. Its awesome its great in a way that how it integrates twitter & other portals info which is making it more accurate than Google alerts.
Pros: Great to see all in one with great coverage from blogs, online forums, news and other online portals.. its really better than Google Alerts
Cons: Havent seen
