You know a bit CSS, you learn the Tailwind convention and of you go to build the greatest looking frontend without much effort.
The care and dedication that the tailwind team as put in it is phenomenal! Highly recommend Adam&Steve book "Refactoring UI"
Pros: The most intuitive, clear and fun way to build frontend.
Cons: You need to relearn how you design frontend but then it hurts using...
