It is better to keep things simple, having less features is better than having many features which nobody uses. However building lean versions to get user feedback is needed to iterate and innovate.In my experience, a lot of businesses fail because the products have consumed too much investments to build features and capabilities which do not have significant ROI.
What's the best way to approach building a product? Specifically an App or WebApp?
