Great question. It's always a delicate balance. I find that actively listening, staying open to different perspectives, and focusing on the common goal helps in resolving conflicts while keeping the momentum going. It's a learning process for sure.

For me, it's a mix of things. First, making sure that all the bugs are ironed out and the product is as polished as possible. Then, getting feedback from a small group of trusted beta testers. Also, making sure all the marketing and support materials are ready to go. And lastly, preparing myself mentally for the launch. It's always a bit nerve-wracking, but also super exciting! 😊 How about you?
