Works even in forced desktop mode in iPhone Perfect Browser, but not in mobile or desktop modes of the Puffin Browser. Those are the two browsers I know of that let me force desktop mode which I require for Tweetdeck.twitter.com and a few other sites that detect iPhones despite having the browser identified as desktop.

The iPhone Puffin browser has a trackpad that allows at least crude use of their browser version. You tap and hold to initiate a drag.
