We're big fans of Goody at my company. It means employees can choose something they really want/need versus managers or HR simply guessing or making the decision for 300+ very different people. The UX is simple, great on mobile too. Love the reminders and ease of use. We use it for employee birthdays/anniversaries and end of year gifting. Nice work @markbao & the Goody team!
