This has so much potential for my customer service teams. But I can't rationalize the complexity of it. It needs to be something you can place via GTM on-site so when the link is clicked the users doesn't need the extension. I need to have it so teams can just press a button if a user is confused on where to go and they are guided. Maybe I'm missing something.
