I'd be curious if people had recommendations for native apps instead of web pages. Cursor has been working ok, also because it often does a decent job and analyzing screenshots that you provide to it. But also often it feels too indirect or is getting things wrong, more precision and control would be great.

Congrats on the launch, go Acedit! I like the holistic end-to-end approach you are going for. Covering the whole application journey with a powerful AI agent is great. As a hiring manager, I'd also love if solutions like this contribute to actually finding the right match for job seekers and companies. More often than not, candidates relying too much on the answers from an agent alone can be...

@gabe I love your perspective and the angle of "making things fun again". β€οΈ This would be a cool outcome of the coding agent paradigm shift, in addition to the massive impact on building software at scale and professionally. I'm curious to see how much this can turn into small businesses as well, or how those would be eaten up by larger players (produce those ideas factory style en mass with...

For me it depends... of course! π @Cursor with a thinking model is able to figure out a lot on its own meanwhile. But I put dedicated project cursor rules in place to guide it. They keep evolving and get expanded over time, they might for example including instructions on which testing framework to use, what copy I want in the app or instruction to avoid pitfall with some libraries (e.g. when...

I haven't tried v0.dev yet, but you made me look into it, thanks! As a software engineer, I fully embrace cursor.com though, especially as it is also platform agnostic and I can build native iOS and Mac apps for example (I have recently built MotoFlow, launching on Friday). Furthermore, having a proper IDE at hand has been important when a project matures (even just a bit) to iron out issues...

π Hello Product Hunt! I'm thrilled to share MotoFlow with you todayβa project built from my passion for motorcycling and frustration with existing ride trackers. As a rider, I wanted something simple that wouldn't distract me on the road or lock my data behind subscriptions. Nothing out there quite fit, so I built MotoFlowβa ride tracker that focuses on the experience, not the metrics. ποΈ What...
