I love this thread. I would say "Community" and "Connection" are two different Cs. Community can lead to connection. People focus a lot on social posting, but keeping up 1:1 conversation is far more important for SaaS IMO.

7PM Continuing to focus on the launch. Slowing down a bit but will probably speed up before@the end of the day

6PM - 75% there

5:00 PM, great conversation on the issue of removing brand elements properly.

4PM working on taking feedback and implementing post launch.

3PM still going smooth

2PM seeing all the different makers interacting with our product has been a genuinely great experience.

11AM digging into better UI flows for 0-1 image generation.

10AM - we received great feedback on image quality and post generation filters via prompt system. Really helping us round out product thinking.

9 AM - Morning seems to be picking up again. There was also a tornado warning in the Bay Area. Interesting Saturday so far. Excited to keep talking to people in comments and so excited about the image generations!

8am more coffee and seeing the stats for all the generated images from today so far. Amazing!

7am lots of interesting copyright questions coming in. Extremely insightful thinking in the space.

In my opinion. The more flexible to change founder is more likely to succeed. Which tbh is a requirement for any startup to succeed. You need to be able to pivot. I would caveat, can’t only rely on tech, need tech as a tool, not a pure solution.
