Quick audit prior to choosing a MA software
I have been a CSM for a MA software for more than 5 years.
Because of my background and experience, very often, the sales team would ask me to jump in a call, or an event, put on a consultant hat, and just chat with the prospects about their Digital b2bmarketing strategy.
The idea was not so much about signing a new client, but rather doing a quick audit, and discussing whether it would...

Hey Sveltana,
Our Marketing team uses or own software - aka Plezi, to "capture" the leads.
But more than the tool, I am tempted to say that it is the strategy behind that most matters.
Unless we are talking contact, demo or quote request, a visitor would only submit a form - thus allowing you to "capture" him as a lead, if he sees the value of whatever he is getting in exchange of his...

@valeripotchekailov - oh waw - this was posted 3 years ago ! Oups :D
The marketing team at Plezi has been giving a lot of thought to what should a brief contain.
We do not have the bandwidth to create all the content on our editorial planning - yet, we did not want to sacrifice our brand tone (super important for brand recognition) - that is why we created a brief that include the brand's...

Thank you for paving the way and showing us what paths not to follow !
24 attempts is enormous though and I am quite curious as to why ?
@paullouis_valat1, was it because you finally reached your goal after 24 ?
Any specific KPI's you were following or expecting ?
Tell my why ? - yup I am quoting Backstreet Boys ..

Hello Guhan,
Are you just looking to keep the traffic coming in or is there another goal ? - converting visitors to leads ? leads to opportunities ?
Like everyone said, SEO is a key element of your traffic generation, and is, normally, the medium that drives the most qualified traffic.
There are a few tricks you can use to strengthen your positioning on a keyword :
1. Content production,...

This throws me back to an intervention I did in a School, but also many conversations I have with my clients.
We came to the conclusion that the best way to do automation, is to keep it human.
Our clients at Plezi use our unique algorithm - the smart campaigns, to have One-on-One conversations with their leads.
Every , an email is sent to a lead, based on it's maturity, interest and any...

Not easy to only choose one reason !
If I had to though, I would say : SEO
1. Are you positioned on the right keywords
2. Are you helping the visitors in anyway : solve and issue, provide a solution to something they have been struggling with, ect
#Inboundmarketing
If I did not have to choose - in the following order :
-SEO
-Potential technical issues : load time, broken links
-UX / UI :...

I'd say the right format is the one that suits your persona.
I am a CSM for a Marketing Automation plateform, handling a 100+ clients, and what I have learned from them, is that not everyone uses the information the same way, or at the same timing.
I personally love use cases and webinars.
Use cases because it helps prospects project themselves into the company's ability to handle similar...

Hello Nimesha,
I personally use ahref to find long-tail keywords and variations of the actual keyword I was looking at.
Topical mesh strengthens the main keywords.
I also use Plezi, originally, an MA tool that puts content at the center of the strategy.
Not only does it give content ideas based on keywords, but also provides keywords associations to optimize the content, SEO wise
How do you find keywords? What tools and different strategies do you use to find the right ones?
