I'm the Founder and CEO at Picstar.co, a company specializing in the global recruitment of top-tier technical talent for small product companies and early-stage startups. Prior to launching Picstar, I spent several years immersed in the IT industry, serving in roles such as Product Designer and, subsequently, Product Manager for product companies across the globe.
