Well Bravo lets employees and team members acknowledge their colleagues efforts and contributions and this all happen in a gamified way that can in tern act as a motivator for productivity and can eventually reduce the cost of retention.

Depends upon the weather, summers I go with mostly juices and energy shakes and a mixture of green and meat. Winter my appetite increases so I eat more fat.. As per exercise, don't overdo it I learned it after years. Focus on your muscles separately and avoid ego lifting.

Cold outreach is always a challenge but consistency pays off eventually.

To me, music is a way to express myself. As a musician I can guarantee that music will setup your mood to achieve your tasks with high motivation. Sad tunes can sometime motivate to the point where you own the problem. Music is a roller coaster of feelings because us humans are filled with countless emotions as we go through different moods everyday.

This is a great idea. Congrats on the launch.
