When I click the "save" button, where is the contact being saved to?

PLEASE tell me that this release brings back the Notification Center so I can see past Cards (notifications) and most importantly, so I can "Mute" the notifications when I'm sharing my screen, etc.

I use an IFTTT recipe to get a daily email with the instagram pics from my area. It's been a great way to keep up with things going in in and around my high-rise in Downtown Brooklyn. What are the grander implications of this?

Is "1" or "5" the highest rating? I am asking because I chose "5" for a bunch of songs I really liked, and then I noticed as I continued to do that, the songs I rated a "5" weren't on the list. Just want to make sure I'm doing it right. I don't see it specified anywhere. Thanks!
