If users wish for blows and whistles, it's probably b better to first focus on the core features and follow your own roadmap
But if they're begging to fix critical issues, I think it's best to prioritize their feedback over adding new buggy features

Substack has great recognizable branding which increases the perceived trustworthiness of the newsletter + their recommendations algo is awesome
But beehive seems more flexible in terms of personalization. Also, if you're planning to monetize your newsletter, beehive 100%, their fees are significantly lower afaik
What's better for newsletters - substack or beehiiv?

It takes time to understand the platform and to invest in it
It's not once and done - I believe, you'll only really get anything from PH once you spend some time here and invest in it
For instance, I launched 4 days ago yet I still keep getting some traffic

There might be space for very niche platforms catering to a particular community, but launching a one-serve-all giant like FB or Twitter will be super challenging - even Threads struggle to gain engaged audience, and that's with all Meta's resources
