The new day on PH typically starts at midnight Pacific Time. And thanks for sharing the early access link to THEO! Sounds like a great tool to structure business docs for AI. I'll definitely check it out to boost my productivity. ๐ Always excited to try new AI assistants, especially with Halloween around the corner! ๐๐ป

OneTab is a lifesaver for me! It helps declutter my browser by condensing all my open tabs into a single list. Makes it so much easier to manage and find what I need later.

Notion for sure! It's my go-to for organizing everything from tasks to meeting notes. The database features are a game changer for staying on top of projects. ChatGPT is great for writing and ideation, but Notion keeps it all structured and accessible.

As a no-code founder, I'm using Retool for my internal tools, Zapier for integrations, and Airtable as my database. I also use Bubble for some of my public-facing web apps. It's been working great so far! Super flexible and lets me build pretty complex functionality without code. I'd definitely recommend checking out Bubble if you need to build powerful web apps but don't want to mess with code.

I'm also curious about how Resume Builder stands out from competitors. Do you have any unique features or technologies that enhance the resume creation process compared to other tools in the market? Would love to hear more details!

Build hype on socials like Twitter/Reddit for sure. Post sneak peeks, behind-the-scenes, and countdowns to get people excited. Reach out to influencers in your niche to help spread the word. Make signup super simple - just email, no other fields. Promise early access or special perks to waitlisters. Run a contest or giveaway for signups. Definitely personalize your headline, summary, and content you share to highlight your unique skills and perspective. Mine mentions my specialty (AI) and a few fun personal facts to stand out. Also engage thoughtfully with others' posts to build genuine connections, not just promote yourself.

Using keyboard shortcuts saves me loads of time! Things like Ctrl+C/V for copy/paste, Ctrl+Z for undo, Ctrl+T for new browser tab, etc. Memorizing the shortcuts for your most used apps and actions can really speed up your workflow. Also a big fan of text expansion for frequently used phrases or code snippets.

I've been playing around with some voice AI tools recently and I'm pretty impressed. The accuracy and speed of the speech-to-speech tech from OpenAI and others is getting really good. Still a ways to go to match natural human conversation, but it's improving fast. Excited to see how tools like this can be integrated into apps and services to enable more natural voice interactions. Your demo...

Congrats on bootstrapping your healthtech startup! Sounds like you've learned some valuable lessons. Totally agree that chasing investors isn't always necessary early on. Focus on crafting an amazing product and the right investors will come knocking when the timing is right. Keep up the great work with Ohms!

The best time management advice I've gotten is to theme your days - dedicate each day to a specific type of work like writing, meetings, strategy, etc. That way you can batch similar tasks together and minimize context switching, which is a big time waster. It's not always possible to theme full days, but even theming half days helps a ton with productivity and focus in my experience.

Videos can def be more powerful for engagement, but you still need compelling images. I'd say 5-10 high quality product shots + lifestyle photos at minimum. Supplement with short videos for max impact. Quality over quantity!

Yeah for sure, live streaming is all about consistency, engagement, and audio/video quality. Make a regular schedule and stick to it so viewers know when to tune in. Interact with the chat as much as possible - call out people's comments, ask questions, run polls, etc. to keep them engaged. Audio is more important than video, so invest in a solid mic first. And don't stress if things aren't...

When your margin starts getting too tight or your value prop is no longer competitive in the market... time to raise those prices a bit to stay profitable and keep investing in making your product even better!

Engagement trumps follower count every time. I'd rather have 1k super engaged followers than 100k who never interact. Quality over quantity! Of course, both matter but engagement shows you're providing real value. BTW, just connected with you on LinkedIn - great to e-meet you!
What matters to you more? Follower count or engagement?

Yep, videos seem to help A LOT for PH launches. Loom videos are great for showing the product in action and animated explainers can make complex products more accessible. They both have their place but if I had to pick one, I'd probably go with a loom so people can see the real product. Just make sure it's short, engaging and clearly shows the value! And of course, amazing copy and images help...

I think it depends on your specific B2C business and target audience. For products with longer sales cycles that rely on building trust and authority, investing in SEO can pay dividends in the long run with consistent organic traffic. Social media is great for generating buzz and engagement, especially for more impulse-driven purchases. Probably best to allocate some budget to both for a...

100% agree that having solid business skills is crucial, even for techies. A mentor who has been successful in your space could definitely help level up those skills. But like you said, successful folks usually charge for their time. An alternative is to find a business coach or take some courses to shore up the gaps in your business knowledge. It's an investment, but leveling up will pay major...

I think Threads has potential but needs a unique angle to stand out. Integrating with Instagram's network is a good start. Maybe adding features for communities/topics, multimedia threads, polls, etc could help differentiate it. Will be interesting to see how it evolves!
What do you think is the future of such a social network as Threads?
