Notion is awesome for keeping multiple projects organized! Audio quality is definitely more important than video for streaming. Bad audio totally ruins the experience, you can barely understand what's going on. Grainy video isn't good but at least you can still follow along. Invest in a good mic first!

Oof yeah, Salesforce is way too bloated and complex for most SaaS needs. I'd recommend checking out more lightweight and modern CRMs built for SaaS like Zendesk Sell, Pipedrive, or Close.
