I don't think there's a one fit all solution. From my experience, churn mostly comes from : - low quality product (bug ...) - under delivering on the promise - bad acquisition You need to talk to your customer and analyse how they use your product to identify the best way to reduce churn in your scenario

Interesting, it reminds my of the social media strategy of tl.dv, their instagram is amazing If I had to think of one "unusual" strategy we used for IndiPen, we recently moved our community to WhatsApp. We had great results 🙂 It's an app people are used to use and they're pretty active on it

That's not always possible at scale, but to me, nothing beats 1 to 1 user's interview. It's a great way to keep building the relationship along with collecting qualitative feedback

I think it's important, or at least, if you have a strong community outside of PH, you should invite them to join PH before your launch, which imply that you're also active on PH before your launch If you wait for launch day for your community to join and upvote, I think it may trigger alert from PH as fake traffic or artificial promotion of your product.
