So our team has been working like CRAZY on ilpApps- you know, those all-nighters where coffee becomes a food group and your desk plants start judging your life choices? Yeah, THOSE kinds of nights.

But here's the thing - ilpApps is like that really smart friend who doesn't get invited to parties. It deserves WAY more attention than it's getting!
Our launch started like, "THIS IS IT! OUR MOMENT!" and then watching those upvotes trickle in slower than my grandma typing a text message.

I'm so excited to share the story behind ilpApps after speaking with the founding team about their journey.

The Problem

The founders shared a story that might sound familiar to many of us. In their previous roles, they watched as carefully crafted OKRs would slowly fade into irrelevance.
"We'd spend days setting objectives; everyone would nod in agreement, and then those goals would sit in a spreadsheet while everyone went back to their regular tasks," they explained.

Their frustration reached a peak when, at the end of one particularly ambitious quarter, they realized that despite everyone feeling busy, they had barely moved the needle on their key objectives.
The disconnect between daily work and strategic goals was costing them progress.

Two years ago, I was leading a team at a fast-growing startup. We had big dreams and ambitious targets, but week after week, I watched as our carefully crafted goals slipped away.
