@konstik If I understand this right, I love the assistance of being provided useful info to use on the sales call when it actually matters, during the call! With the transcription and sync to CRM feature, is the whole conversation imported or is there a filter to 'scrub', summarise or even bullet point the transcription, making it easier to access key info when needed?
