I honestly think that it all starts at UX. If you understand the ins and outs of UX and start building with UX in mind from day 1, you're product will be lightyears ahead of those who have to go back and refactor their entire product because it has a terrible UX.

Hey Sandra! Whenever I pitch anything, I always think of what I'm saying and my slide deck as harmonizing throughout the pitch. So the info on my slide deck should support what I'm saying, not repeat what I'm saying. There might be moments where you want to emphasize a point, in which you should then have what you're saying be on the slide deck to hammer that point home.

I think building a community around your product before your launch is key. That way, you are already close with users that use your product and can really drive your launch to the top!

I think lifetime deals should only be offered during an MVP/early-stage product. Once you get your product to a beta+ version, you should find other routes for monetization than one-time purchases.

We are in the process of launching our own Discord server which, imo, is the best way to get as close as possible with your users. We are building a community around our product through Discord and the instant feedback that we are able to get on ideas/releases is game-changing.
