I'm one of those "Digital Nomads" and I've been living 100% on Airbnbs for the past 5 years or so.
Where have you been all this time?!!
I absolutely love this @fliellerjulian
Thanks for such a cool product, I'll be using it from now on. If you think it's ready to be marketed I would 100% recommend you find nomad communities from all over and let them know about this. I have no doubt they...

Crazy! Amazing progress since the last one.
Would there be a way to feed it a sample image of a different app for reference? 🤔

As a founder or indie developer, what is the ONE thing that you can't stop thinking about when it comes to your startup/project?
Also, how do you manage those thoughts?
In my case right now, it's a constant "How can this provide more value to more users"?
In the past, when growing my other projects, some of my...

I saw this featured and being demo on a bunch of Youtube videos today. What a FLEX.
I still don't know how I would use it. @eddie11 @sam_sklar2
I mean, I love that it creates avatar that makes me speak with a 100% American accent instead of my lation Antonio Banderas accent (think Puss in Boots' accent).
Besides that, what other use cases can you think of?

Kudos Ben! It's good to have you back in the indie arena.
I'm curious tho, it's been 10 years since your iOS app stopped being available and yes, a lot has changed.
Did you have to changed just a few things about your initial app or are you basically working in something related but completely different?
To be more specific, the changes since 2014 have become opportunities or threats for...

I don't.
I go 100% on one thing at a time. It took me too many failed businesses to learn that.
But that's just me.

I have an iOS app - We use AppTweak for that.
I also use LinkedIn a lot. You'd be surprised how much you can decipher from company and employee profiles posting and bragging there.
Has anyone else tried that before?

I say "thank you" before leaving the room, finding a pillow to scream a bunch of insults into and then I go back to doing the same thing until we get into an actual physical fight.

Tough one @yusifov
Personally:
You already proved you can build something that's worth $250K, which you probably started with close to $0 money.
If you have an idea you can start with $100K this time and build it into a $1M in little time, I would take the $250K and use half of it to build the next thing.
Now,
If you are having fun with what you're building, and trust that it provides...

Team Work. If you're recruiting, 90% of the job is just that - Getting the right people.
From then on: Clear communication, clear deadlines and, above all, be intentional about keeping a good vibe.
It took me years to learn the importance of that last one.

There's this tool called OTTO from Search Atlas. It saved me probably 3 days of work in the first hour of using it. Although it still saves me time every day, it's not as much as the first time you use it.
They have a free trial too.
* NOT a promotion. I don't know them or anything - Just saying.

I gave InVideo a try for a while but I was not happy. I mean, great tech and all but it's not there for the kind of content that we need to put out.
If you're going hard on video editing like an absolute move studio, DaVinci Resolve does 98% what top professionals do. It comes with a pretty steep learning curve tho.
If you just want to get stuff done, CapCut. I edit professional video and...
