Great example of using behaviour change techniques in the UI of health apps. The app prompts the user to associate new meditation habit with an existing habit (e.g. brushing teeth in the morning), making sure it works with their existing routine.

Great meal planning app!
I love that you can add a partner to your meal plan (and different nutritional goals for each of you) and how easy it is to swap meals and create a shopping list.
The only problem I have (and none of the other apps solve it at the moment, it's just a pain point I suppose) is that I'm vegetarian and my partner isn't - that's making it difficult to cook and meal plan...

Lovely app :)
Some great UX design patterns in use:
- I love how the app personalises the articles based on what the user entered in the tracking - shows me only what's relevant to me and my health, saves time and effort I would have to spend searching web for relevant articles
- great data visualisations in the Insight tab - overlaying symptoms and activities allows the user to better...

This is a great app and there are a lot of great UX design patterns.

- the user can use the app as a guest, no need to create an account
- the app is transparent about how they use user data and the privacy policy is written is a simple language, using FAQ format
- simple home screen focused on the most important user tasks -...

This is a great product! I love how they have one-off actions as well as structured programmes. This is a good move, as from the behaviour change perspective, people want to choose an appropriate level of challenge for themselves. E.g. someone who is just dipping their toes in and only entertaining the idea of making changes might start with one-off action that won't overwhelm them. And someone...

- if I could add my shopping list automatically to my Tesco basket to get my weekly groceries delivered that would be AMAZING
- friendly and approachable feel, more 'common sense' driven, less data driven (no charts and graphs, and calories goals etc)
- plan your next workout after completing one is a good piece of behavioral design a) making an explicit commitment increases the likelyhood of...
