Building something amazing isn't easy, and sometimes you see others having fun around without a worry in the world. Or at least, apparently. This can be troublesome for mental health. Do you catch yourself in this situation? How do you cope with it?

I've never been able to stay up late to work, but I find myself going back to the habits of a young me who woke up at 4 am to finish off her work & then had a relatively easy day. What works best for you? Early mornings, or Late nights?
