Thanks for being proactive and most of all: fast to act! Whereas the problems stemming from the job losses are obvious, solutions are scarce and scrappy (emails to founder community etc) slow and frustrating for everyone. Love the simple idea and execution 🙏🙏🙏

Bold and well needed product! Really excited to see if this reduces the gender pay gap by starting with what candidates want as opposed to what their employers think they are worth! Worth also measuring what candidates input based on their backgrounds, as we don't want this to turn in recruiters hiring only candidates who underestimate their value ;)
