I've been sending our weekly newsletters to my Mailchimp list for the past few months, and have noticed that my email open rates have been dropping. I am guessing that the content isn't as appealing to the audience anymore- any useful tips for increasing your email open rate?

I am currently doing research on that topic and looking for business owners/product people/marketers who are willing to talk about problems one faces while doing that. Hey everyone, The question to SaaS services makers: Do you use any onboarding and/or product tours? What tools do you use for that and how does it help your business and your customers?
