Which technology is best to use when starting a startup?

We're building a tech enabled asset manager from the ground-up that invests for you and places a strong emphasis on informing and educating you about the markets. If you think internet clutter rarely translates into good investment decisions for you and its tough to make sense of all the market noise out there, please drop a line below and I'd love to know more about how we can be useful. We're looking for 10-15 power users with whom we can deeply understand the problem and simultaneously build this service out.
