Hello! My name is Maria João and I'm a product manager. A position that I ended up at completely by accident. Do you know when you are in college and you think you want to do something and it turns out it isn't your calling? Well, that happened to me. I also studied Industrial Engineering and Management, which really kept my options open for better or worse. So, I started just saying that I wanted something that connected "technology with business" (without really knowing what that meant) until, turns out, product management is a thing. Main thing since starting on this area of work? I now can't interact with any product without thinking about the experience, what the teams over there are trying to do and so on. I guess mindless scrolling social media is not so mindless anymore.
