Giving a very low rating as a complaint due to very poor and unreliable customer support. I've actually much enjoyed the product and see great potential in it, but the way you're treated is unacceptable. I've requested help with a broken functionality (can not connect Gsuite email to CRM account) more than a month ago - via their support email, followed-up by phone, PM on Facebook and Linkedin...
