I'm a big fan of ML. It has been responsible for over 1000 extra site visits per month to my site. I spend 10 minutes tweaking an auto-generated drip campaign to more closely target individual social accounts where necessary (though using the auto-generated campaign is pretty good by itself) and it's good for a year's worth of content.

I've used Missinglettr for several years now and it is consistently responsible for a extra 1%+ increase per month of blog traffic. Pros: Saves time, can tweak individual postings if desired. Spend 10 minutes with it and it's set for a year. Cons: I wish they would auto-fill facebook posts but it's really not their fault, they're trying to meet facebook guidelies.
