This is awesome! Our company sends out close to 100 notifications, and managing those has been such a pain. Engineers, content strategists, and designers all have to understand the flow. As a software engineer, it's one of my least favorite parts of my job.

I resonate with 3 as well I've learned that prioritizing and maintaining discipline in your plan is crucial on this journey. I once heard, "startups don't die from a lack of ideas, they die from having too many ideas." Set a goal, measure, execute, and iterate 🙂

Other people have already mentioned this, but could you elaborate what makes your product more private and secure? Is it because the code is open-source and anyone can run their file server on their own?
