I'm building Protolyst - to organise all the gems of info that you come across in various places. My cofounders and I built it specifically to support venture building and entrepreneurial learning.
It's similar to Notion but allows you to organise each nugget of info individually so you save time relocating them in amongst an ever growing sea of information.
What about you, what's your...

Less on the marketing side, but handful of tips to increase efficiency generally:
- adding a sign off into email signature
- fixed times to batch emails, otherwise inbox Tab is closed on my desktop
- setting up filters to allocate Tags and move emails so they don't sit in the inbox (do this for newsletters etc which I enjoy but aren't work critical & can otherwise clog the inbox!)

In my mind, a leader lifts the team and brings them all along, empowering individuals to rise, more people focused. A manager sets everyone up to deliver, more task-focused.
Tapping into both is needed, but my preference would always be to have and be a manager, that people see as a leader by my definition

think we're all conditioned to want a website to load ASAP! I know I find it offputting to be presented with the loading wheel 😅

I use Protolyst (my tool, so potentially biased!)
I take notes in meetings and then I consolidate key info, actions and takeaways by creating 'Atoms' - a small note just for this piece of info which exists separately to the notes doc with everything in it.
Then I can interconnect each Atom to wherever it's relevant in my workflow - such as connect relevant info to tasks in my task list
Then...
How do you take efficient, organized meeting and task notes?

really interested to read other advice in this thread!
I definitely find myself in a state of 'there's so much to do, what should I do first?' and then 'ok how do I actually do it?'

Definitely room for chatbots to help out for making/rearranging appointment bookings as an alternative phoning up and having to wait on overcrowded phone lines!
And if it could improve on internet diagnosis such as WebMD - which can cause a lot of extra stress/anxiety - then feels like it could help with directing people to take follow up actions
