I created this widget for our internal sales reps to get pinged when new leads are assigned to them. I noticed that Salesforce didn't have a native way to connect to Slack (that I found anyway) so made this using Azuqua, which you can use to integrate lots of different business apps for notifications and cross-team automation. Hope it's useful to others!
