Creates Zoom meetings localy and check for user perms
This is a system to create zoom meetings using OAuth2 authentication protocol. A RESTful API integrates with an on-premises portal. There are 3 main user categories: teacher, premium user and regular user. Premium can join meetings. Teacher are admins.
