After years building AI systems, Lei saw the gaps in traditional BI capabilities and how the advent of AI and agents could solve a broken process for enterprise teams and data practitioners. He's spent over a decade developing large-scale, consumer AI solutions at Yahoo!, Walmart Labs, Lyft, and Clari. This experience gave him first-hand experience in the challenges of building reliable, scalable AI. Lei holds a PhD in Computer Science and Machine Learning, where he focused on creating reliable, production-grade AI systems.
