I love my THINX knickers. They are comfortable to wear and I even feel sexy in them due to the sleek, black style. The crotch is big enough that I don't leak out of the sides and they are not so padded that I feel I am wearing period underwear. I leaked after 2 hours on my heaviest days. I have THINX pants too and I can see no real differences between the knickers other than the THINX knickers are much more comfortable to wear. THINX do not protect me entirely on my heavy days either, but I don't expect them to as they only say they act as a back-up.
