I've used Missive for over 5 years and it's been amazing to see the product grow into an industry-leader while staying 100% bootstrapped. We use it at our company and I can't see ever going back to traditional email/chatting. Everything is available in a single app, you can cross-reference easily, actually collaborate around email and other channels of communication, and the UI is just beautiful.

Missive is by far the best collaborative email app for small/medium teams. I've tried many of them over the years and Missive just stands out. Also their team is super responsive and push bug fixes and new features weekly.
